Michael Vairin Senior Vice President of Community Development
Michael Vairin has a broad background with nearly 30 years in home building and land development. He has worked with both private and public home building firms in key leadership roles ranging from division president, regional manager, master planned community manager, full range of project management, sales and marketing, and operations. Under his leadership, he was responsible for the construction and development of thousands of homes and lots. Prior to entering the home building industry, Michael served as a city planner for several Inland Empire cities, including Rancho Cucamonga when it first became a city.
Michael is passionate about the home building industry and is leading the new homebuilding project management and forward planning operations for the Company. This passion led him to key leadership positions within the Building Industry Association (BIA)as a past President of the BIA of Southern California, various boards, including state level positions and involvement.
He earned his B.S. from California Polytechnic University of Pomona in Urban and City Planning. He also holds a General Contractors License and is a licensed California Real Estate Agent.
