Ian Griffin | CEO | Griffin Residential

Ian Griffin is a fifth-generation homebuilder and land developer.
Growing up in the family business, Ian began working in the home building industry starting in 1985 at the early age of twelve. He started as a laborer, working during the summers, sweeping out houses and assisting the field managers with various jobs. Since then, he has successfully managed every department within the organization, overseeing the company's finances and operations while successfully acquiring, developing and selling several hundred million dollars worth of real estate.

In 2007 Ian became the company's principal and CEO, and starting in 2008, the company has successfully acquired a portfolio of distressed real estate with an asset value in excess of $530 million.
With an emphasis in finance, Ian majored in business management at San Francisco State University. While attending the University of Irvine, he acquired a certification in construction management and development.
Ian is currently a member of the Building Industry Association and the National Association of Home Builders.

Shahram Gheysari | Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer | Griffin Residential

With over 24 years of experience in the home building and real estate industry, Shahram Gheysari joined Griffin Residential in 2009. He has worked for many well-known real estate firms including John Laing Homes, Beazer Homes, Larwin, The Watt Companies and Mountain Capital. Collectively, Shahram has been responsible for the oversight of several billion dollars worth of real estate transactions over his career.

Shahram earned his bachelor's degree in business with an emphasis in accounting from California State University, Northridge with additional coursework in corporate & partnership real estate taxation. He has also participated in executive training programs at the globally recognized Center for Creative Leadership.

Emily Griffin | Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing | Griffin Residential

Emily Griffin is part of the fifth generation of the Griffin family and has been involved in the family real estate business since 1994.
With over ten years of experience working with the Griffin team, Emily currently oversees the company's sales and marketing functions. She has been involved in the successful management and sales of several hundred million dollars worth of real estate throughout her career.

Currently a licensed California Real Estate Sales Agent, Emily attended San Diego State University, where she majored in business management and minored in psychology. She also acquired a certification in Marketing and Interior Design at the University of California, Irvine.

Jerry G. Collins | Director of Commercial Operations | Griffin Residential

Jerry Collins has worked with the Griffin companies for over 25 years and has over 35 years of experience in land development and home building operations. Jerry currently oversees the company's property management operations. Over his career with Griffin, Jerry has been responsible for residential operations including acquisitions, forward planning, purchasing and construction management and has successfully managed operations for 12,500 homes.

A licensed general contractor, Jerry earned a bachelor's degree in construction management from California State University, Long Beach.

Jim Calvi | Vice President of Construction | Griffin Residential

A home building veteran with over 27 years of experience in the land development industry, Jim Calvi joined the Griffin Team in 2003. Jim has worked for many well-known real estate development firms such as Forecast Homes, Anden Group, Premier Homes and Joseph Nicolas Homes.
He has been involved in the oversight of the construction and development of over 5,000 homes during his career. He brings a tremendous amount of knowledge to the operational aspect of the Griffin team.

Jim provides leadership and land management within his community as a leader of a Disciple group at the Church of Faith Bible Church in Murrieta.

Tony Segal | Director of Purchasing | Griffin Residential

A member of the Griffin Team since 2003, Tony Segal currently oversees and directs the activities of the company's Purchasing Department. Tony has over 13 years of experience in purchasing and construction and has successfully delivered many large residential construction projects under budget and on schedule through his tenure with Griffin.

Tony is active in the purchasing community as a member of the Southern California Purchasing Council.

Jason Davis | Director of Acquisitions | Griffin Residential

Jason Davis joined the Griffin team in early 2009 and now supervises and directs the activities of the Acquisition Department. Bringing with him 17 years of experience as a real estate investor and professional real estate advisor. He is responsible for the design and development of the company's acquisition procedures, systems and operations.

A licensed California Real Estate Sales Agent, Jason is also a registered representative with the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) and a registered investment advisor with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
